By using Provenance ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Provenance is a food product research tool that uses AI to analyze product transparency, ingredient quality, brand ownership, and health claims. The app provides a Provenance Score (0–100) as an informational tool.
AI-Generated Content
Product research, scores, and assessments are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or outdated information. Provenance Scores and research should be treated as informational, not as medical, nutritional, or legal advice.
No Professional Advice
Nothing in the app constitutes medical, dietary, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions. Do not rely solely on Provenance Scores for dietary choices, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape or bulk-download product data
Intellectual Property
The Provenance app, including its design, code, and AI-generated research, is the property of Provenance. Product images and brand trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Provenance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, reliance on AI-generated content, or any errors in product information.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
